It is the “final estimate” in the form of an invoice based on the chosen vehicle and shipping conditions. In order to receive the Proforma Invoice, please follow the steps below.

1. Visit our website and click on the vehicle you like to access our Total Price Calculator.
   2. Fill in all required information in the calculator and personal information in the Free Quote section and click on “Request for quote” to send us an inquiry.

3. Once our staff responds to your inquiry, we can begin the negotiation process.
4. If both you and Phoenix Co., Ltd reach an agreement on pricing and conditions, you will be notified as such.

1. Payment Terms: Only T/T(Telegraphic Transfer) is acceptable. Customers are required to make the payment in full prior to shipping procedure.
2. All customers should send the payments only to Phoenix Co., Ltd., beneficiary in JAPAN only. We will not be responsible until payment has been confirmed by our bank.

No, we only accept bank deposits, bank transfers as payment methods. But in case you would be willing to call at our branches in Japan, it would be possible to pay in cash either in USD or JPY.

Primarily, we accept payment in US dollars. However, under certain circumstances,

Contracts we adopt are either CIF, C&F, or FOB.

With CIF and C&F, they include the full process ranging from port to port.

Therefore, you need to be in charge of any process beyond arrival in your port.

Models have their own corresponding condition depending on age, the type of use.

We ship the purchased model under the same condition as you have agreed on.

However, we can't ensure that the condition remains the same until arrival in your port.
